Here are affirmations for overcoming challenges in your life :

How to Be Happy

It’s important to make someone happy, and it’s important to start with yourself.  Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design into the present.

Starting today do these things to be more happier each day 

  1. Find Happiness In Life. There are a lot of things that you should do to find happiness in life. Once you get there, it is even more challenging to stay happy every day.
  2. Don’t Dwell in the Past. The past is over and done with. There is no point in looking back at what happened and asking yourself “what if”.
  3. Don’t Remain Sedentary. As soon as you stop moving and living your life, that’s exactly when depression will set in. When you are unhappy, that is the worst time to give yourself a break and relax.
  4. Keep Yourself Busy. Keep yourself busy and you will be a happier person…

There are numerous things you can do to improve yourself starting with setting goals and developing a plan of action that includes professional development, physical fitness, and even getting a little creative. The following are some possibilities to try:

  1. Read Books : It’s like having the best advice from mentors throughout history on demand.
  2. Listen to Podcasts : Fill in the gaps of your life with educational audio. I use a bluetooth shower speaker.
  3. Take a Course : There’s free info online, but a quality course brings it all together and save you time.
  4. Practice Old Passions : Take a break or go on a sabbatical. Revisit the things you enjoy but don’t normally do.
